Riesling and Pinot Noir from the Kalmit
The best parcels, the longest maturation, the highest standards. Exclusively from the Kleine Kalmit — Landschneckenkalk in its purest form. Wines of depth, minerality and enormous ageing potential.

Vineyard · Kleine Kalmit
Tertiary limestone interlaced with fossil snail shells. 30 million years of geological history in every glass.

Citrus, white stone fruit and pronounced chalky minerality: the nose is complex and clear at the same time. Powerful and precise on the palate, with lively acidity and a long, mineral finish – a single-vineyard Riesling with depth and identity.
South-east exposure and elevation give cool nights and slow ripening. The Landschneckenkalk — named after the fossil snail shells in the rock — yields an unmistakable minerality found nowhere else in the Palatinate.
Tasting Note
Grapefruit, vineyard peach. Powerful, with tremendous minerality.

Vineyard · Kapellenstück
A tiny parcel in the middle of the Kalmit — older vines, deeper roots, deeper minerality.

Ripe stone fruit, citrus zest and striking chalky minerality unfold in a layered nose. Powerful and precisely structured on the palate, with lively acidity and an exceptionally long finish. It comes from vines more than 30 years old – a wine for connoisseurs, with potential for decades.
From a single parcel of the Kleine Kalmit. Old vines reach deep into the Landschneckenkalk and produce a Riesling of remarkable density and mineral length — the most precise expression of this site.
Tasting Note
The prime parcel of the Kalmit. Grapefruit, fresh herbs, tremendous ageing potential.

Craft · Cellar
Wild yeasts, no fining, no filtration. What ends up in the bottle is the pure expression of site and vintage.
